Il mio percorso professionale non ĆØ stato lineare e forse ĆØ proprio questa la sua ricchezza.
My first training was in science: after a classical secondary education, I graduated in Electrical Engineering. I worked for many years in telecommunications, first at Italtel and then at Nokia Networks, in technical support, customer care and the coordination of activities across several European countries. Those were intense years that taught me to organise, plan, solve problems and work with different people and cultures.
Alongside the technical side of my life, however, I developed an ever stronger interest in what happens between people and within them.
I therefore began a second training journey, this time focused on relationships, listening and self-awareness. I trained in person-centred counselling based on the Rogerian approach, in psychodrama and action methods, and as a Gordon trainer. I also explored Playback Theatre, an experience that allowed me to bring together relationships, the body and action.
I later earned a degree in Psychosocial Studies and a masterās degree in Clinical Psychology, followed by specialist training in Psychotherapy. I also explored psychological assessment and techniques aimed at change through a postgraduate Masterās programme at the University of Bergamo.
At the same time, I returned to another longstanding passion: teaching. As a mathematics teacher in technical secondary schools, I met teenagers with very different backgrounds, learning once again that behind every difficulty, behaviour or school result there is always a person to meet and understand.
In recent years, I have increasingly been able to weave these different worlds together, also working in psychological support for university students and leading activities through psychodrama and action methods.
Looking back at my journey today, I see seemingly distant experiences that have come together: the engineerās ability to plan, the organisational experience gained in business, the teacherās educational relationships, the listening skills of a psychologist and psychotherapist, and psychodramaās work with the body, the group and action.
I do not see these experiences as separate chapters. Over time, they have become parts of one way of working and being with people.
It is from the meeting of these worlds that my wish now emerges: to create a place devoted to wellbeing, connection, awareness and change.
A place where I can bring not only what I have studied, but everything I have learnt through living and working with people.
